Digital Sovereignty in the Age of AI
What digital dependence really costs, where the business risks sit, and how leaders regain control without slowing innovation.
Ex-VP IDEMIA — 20 ans de direction commerciale B2B / 20 years leading B2B commercial organizations
For over 20 years I have built, turned around and grown B2B sales organizations and partner networks — with full P&L accountability, across Africa, the Middle East and Europe. Today I put that experience to work for your company: interim management, advisory, training and keynotes.
What are you looking for?
Hand me a mission — commercial director, GM or BU director in transition — or bring me in as an advisor to structure your sales, channel and partnerships.
Explore advisory →Develop lasting capabilities in leadership, business performance, AI adoption, Microsoft 365 and Power BI — training designed for outcomes, not tools.
See training programs →Help your leadership teams understand the business impact of technology, AI and transformation. Tailored keynotes, in French or English.
See topics →Most B2B companies don't lack good solutions. They lack the sales organization, the channel discipline and the partner network that turn them into measurable growth. That is the gap I close.
Sales organizations, partner networks, pricing and margin — I start from how you win and keep deals, never from the tools.
I've owned P&Ls and revenue targets, led international teams, restructured regions and channels, and founded a company. What I bring isn't academic — it's executive experience, tested where it counts.
I'm a certified executive coach: what I build stays after I leave — teams, cadences, playbooks. A successful engagement is one you no longer need.
I spent nearly two decades at IDEMIA (formerly Morpho / Sagem), one of the world's largest identity and security companies — rising from field technician to Vice President. I ran regional P&Ls, turned around business units, restructured partner networks and led teams across more than 30 countries in Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
Then I chose the hardest path: I founded Continuum Identity, a SaaS company built from scratch. Nothing teaches you more about business performance — strategy, sales, product, people — than being accountable for all of it at once.
I wrote Layman's Terms Biometrics because I believe the best minds make complex things simple, not the other way around. That philosophy drives every engagement: understanding that gets applied, capability that lasts, and performance you can measure — whether in an advisory mandate, a training program, or a keynote for 500 people.
Led the division's global marketing strategy and sales enablement — biometric access control, time & attendance and identity devices, sold in 30+ countries.
Led the biometric devices business unit across sub-Saharan Africa — access control, time & attendance, and identity verification solutions.
Building a cloud-managed identity platform for access control, e-KYC & time management.

Certified coach and strategist — combining people skills with digital transformation expertise.
Interim management, advisory, corporate training, keynotes. Pricing shared on request, after a scoping call.
From a free first conversation to a full interim mandate — commercial director, GM or BU director for 6–18 months: turnaround, post-merger integration, commercial structuring. Advisory formats for everything in between.

What digital dependence really costs, where the business risks sit, and how leaders regain control without slowing innovation.
How organizations actually convert AI into productivity, better decisions and commercial growth — and why most pilots never reach the P&L.
How to turn security and technology spending from a compliance cost into a competitive advantage and a driver of transformation.
An inspirational keynote. At 21, I left France alone without speaking English. 18 years in South Africa, 4 years in Abu Dhabi — what it really takes to build a global career and a company far from home. Resilience, cultural intelligence, and the unfiltered lessons.
Your challenge. 20 minutes. Free. No commitment, no slides, no sales pitch — a direct, confidential conversation with someone who has faced the same decisions from the executive chair.
You bring the topic that's keeping you up at night — commercial, strategic, or technology-related. I listen, ask the questions that matter, and tell you honestly whether and how I can help. If I can, you get a tailored proposal within 48 hours. If I can't, I'll tell you — and point you in the right direction.

Yes — corporate training is one of my three pillars, alongside executive advisory and keynote speaking. Formats range from half-day executive workshops to multi-day programs: leadership, business performance, AI adoption, Microsoft 365, Power BI, modern management. Always oriented to business outcomes — capability your teams keep.
I decline purely technical implementation training (I build business capability, not software manuals), motivational talks with nothing behind them, and any pitch that requires me to endorse a vendor I haven't independently evaluated. When in doubt, just ask — I'd rather give a clean "no" than a reluctant "yes."
Always. Every booking includes a 30-minute prep call to align on your audience, key messages, and any sensitive constraints. The talk is then customized — never recycled from a template.
